I’m Jim Logan, Founder/Owner of Extreme Inspections, I understand the importance of choosing the right inspector for one of the most important emotional decisions and financial investments that you will ever make. I built and remodeled homes for 15 years before becoming a home inspector and I have been inspecting homes in Atlanta for the previous 15 years. My inspections enable you to take control of your real estate transaction by: * helping you identify potential problems * survey the home’s condition * consider possible repairs and/or updates * take measure of your investment decision * experience confidence and peace of mind about your investment and any negotiations. My job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation so that you can understand and take care of your valuable investment. Your interests are my interests before, during, and after the inspection. What To Expect All of my clients are offered free telephone consultation after the inspection. The inspection went great! Jim was very patient with my zillion questions and very thorough about checking things. He even caught small things like the water dispenser in the fridge not working. The inspection report came via email a day later and it was very detailed, had lots of photos, and offered corrective suggestions for some of the things he noticed. For example, he suggested switching the smoke detectors to combination detectors for CO and smoke. He also pointed out the need for a drain tray under the washing machine. If ever I need a home inspection done again, I would not hesitate to call Jim.

He was fantastic. I think more people should know about him in this area. He's been doing this a long time. He was referred to us by our realtor and we were just thrilled with him. He was extremely thorough, extremely professional and punctual. He walked us around and told us everything we needed to know, even things an inspector didn't have to tell. Things like keeping the place in good condition. It was really great. We've heard many scary stories about inspectors, so it was really nice. I would highly recommend him.
