They were good. He is responsive, knows what he's doing, doesn't make mistakes and doesn't take excessive time. He gets right to the point, fixes them and fixes them well.

It was completed in less than one hour and works perfectly now. This is the case for each of our experiences with this company. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them whenever a plumbing related problem arises. PS : We are having a koi pond installed. I'm doing a good deal of the work myself. Al took a look at it and gave me a few pointers, as well as noted one mistake with a check valve that I was about to make.
