EAGLE EYE HOME INSPECTIONS

Mike Sebastian has done the pre-drywall inspection, pre-closing inspection, and radon test for my new house.  
He is both professional and friendly.  He has all the tools to do the work and knows the building codes by heart.
 He inspected every corner of the house and provided detail inspection reports with code cited for every issue found.    
Highly recommended.

Mike arrived on time and got right to work.  It took about 3 hours.  He would let me know if he found something so I could see what he was talking about.  His report that was emailed to me later that evening had pictures, explanations and the building code that was being violated if it was applicable.  This was helpful as the builder coudn't argue whether it needed to be fixed if it did not meet up to the code.

He was excellent. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection and the report. Went through and explained every single thing he was doing in detail and educated me about the functions of each thing he was checking. I was knowledgeable about the issues and was able to bargain with the builder to get things fixed. I know I have saved myself time, money, and hassle later on because I was able to have things corrected now instead of later on when I sell my house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mike Sebastian was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual, honest, diligent and accurate. He is an ICC Code Certified Residential Home Inspector. His reports were extremely thorough; they included color photographs and detailed descriptions of everything that needed to be fixed (including quoting chapter and verse any code violations that were present). He had all of the necessary equipment to do the job right (gauges and meters for moisture, gas, etc.). He is very knowledgeable. He was always looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend him!
