DON LEE HOMES BUILDS A DISASTER OF A HOUSE. DURING THE 1ST YEAR WE HAVE HAD ALL THE PROBLEMS LISTED. ROOF LEAK SEVERAL TIMES. HARDWOOD FLOORS HAVE LARGE CRACKS. AC STOP WORKING SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY. WE HAVE HAD OVER 15 SERVICE CALLS TO TRY TO REPAIR IT W/ NO SUCCESS. SIDING & TRIM ROTTED & THE PAINT PEELED OFF. GUTTERS AREN'T ADEQUATE FOR HOME SIZE. SEPTIC TANK PUMP DIED & ALMOST OVERFLOWED BEFORE WE CAUGHT IT. INCOMING WATER LINE IS ABOVE GROUND & BUILDING CODE REQUIRES IT TO BE 12 INCHES BELOW. ATTIC WASN'T PROPERLY INSULATED, WE HAD TO BUY & INSTALL OVER 25 ROLLS OURSELVES. YARD ISN'T GRADED & FLOODS EVEN DURING LITE RAIN. GRANITE COUNTER IS CRACKED. CLOSET SHELVES WERE SCREWED INTO WATER PIPES RESULTING IN LEAKING WATER. MOST ITEMS REMAIN UNREPAIRED, WHEN WORKERS CAME TO REPAIR SOME ITEMS THEY ALWAYS DID DAMAGE TO OUR HOME & LEFT US W/ MORE PROBLEMS WHICH THEY WOULDN'T FIX. DON LEE HOMES ARE POOR QUALITY & HE WON'T MAKE REPAIRS ONCE HE HAS HIS $. DO NOT US
