I'm very pleased with the service I received today from Curt. I relayed to him what I had gleaned from some basic troubleshooting steps and blog posts from symptoms like my furnace was showing. He new some of the details and potential causes for my type of furnace. Upon arrival the diagnosis confirmed his suspicion, but only after he checked for everything else to make sure it wasn't something simple.
Curt was thorough, professional and very personable. I will call him again next time there are issues with my HVAC.

They are wonderful. We have used them several times and their work is great. He has extremely high level of integrity and he is very punctual, honest and very helpful. He would not do any extra work that is not needed. He also showed us different ways to reduce cost. He is just a very genuine guy.

After receiving a quote for $2200 to replace my air handler due to a leaking coil, I called Curt for a second opinion.  Curt was able to come out the next day.   He was on time and very thorough in his inspection and explanation.  He quickly determined that I have a r410a system (another company told me it was Freon) and checked for leaks.  No leaks were found, so he charged my system and told me that if I have issues in the next 6 months, he would basically "credit" me for what he did on this call.    I was 100% satisfied with all aspects of this interaction and will be using him for all of my HVAC work in the future!

Curt has been my primary HVAC provider for over 4 years now. He helped maintain my old unit (electric heat pump and ac) and installed a new system when the old one was at its end of life and not worth maintaining. 
My previous employer also used him for their HVAC needs and we had him come out and only to end up replacing a $1 washer because that was all that was needed. This really sold me on his honesty. I have had experiences with other companies and I was never quite sure if the repairs were necessary. 
Curts prices have always been fair and I have never felt that he was trying to up-sell or do unnecessary work. He has always spent time explaining the problem along with my options and stood by his work when there were any issues. He is mostly a one man operation but has always been prompt at returning phone calls and showing up for appointments. I recommend him to anyone that needs HVAC work done.
