Work was adequately good, but not spectacular. You never knew which day they would show up (if they showed up). Weekly service is more conceptual than a measurable output. They missed 1 week first month, I asked for adjustment on bill. Was told it would all work out over the year - no discount given. They missed 3 weeks out of 12. With 25% no-show, I expected adjustment. When refused, I stopped using them. This also is the first service company that I have used that has billed before all work is complete. I would not recommend or use them again.

I am no longer using them, but I will probably go back to them. They need to manage the prices better because prices have increased, which is the reason I left. They're extremely professional.
