A corner of our driveway, about 32 sq.ft., had cracked and fallen about three inches at the corner leaving a crack of about 0.5 to 0.75". The crack had been successfully caulked each year for 10 years. I hired this company to raise the slab (with polyurethane) to its original height. They inexplicably decided to drill three holes in a straight line on the far left in which to inject the material. As the slab rose it floated further away from its original position which increased the crack's width to 1.0 to 1.5". in addition, the right side dropped down 0.25". I asked why they hadn't drilled at least one hole on the right side toward the corner in order to prevent this inevitable outcome but were unable to come up with a credible explanation. I asked them to please correct the problem *before the material hardened.* They refused to do so saying it was impossible and claimed that the crack was no wider than before; however, I produced a picture that completely disproved their claim. Their response was simply "Have a nice day" and drove away.
