They have been very good so far to work with. They have hard workers and are very professional. They finished the job in 4 days. They exceeded our expectations.

The process with Boak went very smoothly. Pat Boak is down to earth and a to the point. I appreciated his opinion as he looked over the project during the estimating phase. They provided a very thorough estimate quickly and were competitively priced. The project took about four weeks from the start to finish and went very smoothly. Anything that I had questions or concerns about were always addressed and you could tell they wanted to satisfy their client. All unforeseen issues which arose were thoroughly explained and handled fairly. The final product looks incredible. I have reached out to them to ask questions since they completed the project and they have been very prompt to respond. I highly recommend Boak and would use them again.

weather slowed the process down a lot... the workmanship is beautiful... the price went several hundred dollars over estimate... but we are very happy with results and have recovered from sticker shock. will use them again.

They planted all the flowers for color and were suggestive on what to plant that will come back every year. The yard looks beautiful and I have a big yard to take care of and they do it well. I don't have to ask them to fix anything and they already know what they are doing when they come. I don't have any complaints about them. They get out there and work real hard.

I am happy with them.

Chris is the person that comes to check on the job and give you an estimate. His estimate was high but then, so was everyone else's for my yard. He was honest, considerate and called me back when he said he would. He also just seemed to have an air of integrity about him. We are in our 6th month with his company, and they have done everything they said they would. The yard has never looked better. My only problem is the cost. I wish they were not as expensive.

PAT BOAK WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE VIA PHONE OR IN PERSON, AND HE GAVE US SOME EXCELLENT SUGGESTIONS FOR OUR PROPERTY SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO HIRE A SEPARATE DESIGNER. HIS PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE FOR WHAT THEY DID, AND HE WAS CONSCIOUS OF SAVING US MONEY BY USING EXISTING PLANTS AND LESS EXPENSIVE NEW MATERIAL. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE US A DETAILED TOUR OF OUR PROPERTY DESCRIBING WHAT WE HAD AND HOW TO MAINTAIN EACH PLANT. HIS CREW LEADER, DENNIS, WAS GREAT TOO. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
