+ -1 moreAt Closing, BB&T refused to apply the earnest money that was prepaid to the down payment, forcing an additional $2500 to be paid, which they would replay at the end of the building process 6 months later. The closing stopped at that point with the closing attorney saying he couldn't make the understand and suggested we walk away.
