Basement Remodel
Basement Builders, Inc. did NOT fulfill the provisions of the signed contract. We do NOT have a finished basement despite having paid BBI over $50,000. I would personally never use Basement Builders, Inc. again, nor could I recommend them to anyone else. We are pursuing legal action.
UPDATE (January , 2012): We received a judgement dated Jnuary 27, 2012, from Construction Arbitration Associates, Ltd (the arbitration firm specified by Basement Builders, Inc for dispute resolution in the contract we signed with BBI) indicating that Basement Builders, Inc owes us a total of $29,301.36. To date, we have not received any money from Basement Builders, Inc. in response to that judgement.

I WAS PLEASED IT HAS BEEN A VERY RAINY SEASON THIS YEAR AND I WAS AFRAIND THE MY BASEMENT WAD GOING TO FLOOD AND THEY REDID THE INSIDE OF MY BASEMENT.
