After reading your comments we went back to our records in an effort to see what happened and this is what we found: Thursday, February 22, 11 AM you emailed a quote request through our website. Friday, February 23, 12:40 PM-Mandie emailed you back asking for more details. Tuesday, February 27, 8:03 AM-you emailed back that you would still like a quote. Tuesday, February 27, 10:40 AM-Koren left you a voicemail message. Saturday, March 3, 1:43 PM - you emailed again asking us if we still wanted to bid on your project. Monday, March 5 10:29 AM- Koren left you another voicemail message. It appears that we were not able to connect via phone which we felt was necessary to ensure we had the best information to give you an accurate quote and schedule an appointment. We try our best accommodate our customer's calendars; however, we also have to balance that with our sales reps schedules.
