Description of Work: After spending 2 days looking at chairs and deciding on fabric, I had a lengthy discussion with the sales people about my desire to have a firm core in the chairs. I was assured they could order a firm core rather than the soft core on the showroom floor. When the chairs came and I realized how soft they sat, they said the "forgot" to order the firm core, but would order them. After the cushions were replaced, they were every bit as soft as the original ones . I was told both cores would sit the same - one would last longer over time ????? After numerous conversations, I was told their was nothing they would do. I feel we were totally misled into believing that I could get the firm cushions I desired when I agreed to order them. We would have never ordered these chairs if we had been told the truth. These were expensive chairs and sit way to soft - the exact opposite of what I wanted and what I was told I could get.

Description of Work: I had a Hunter Douglas blind that needed repair. I contacted the store manager and asked for assistance with the repair. They contacted Hunter Douglas and followed through until the blind was returned to me and hanging back in my window.
