I am extremely happy with the outcome of the way the business owner handled our dispute. He was able to honor the big deal and make accomidations outside normal buisness practices.

I used them for electrical work. We were putting in a waterfall in a pond. They hooked up the electric for us. It took them about half a day and 2 electricians came out to do this. They were very professional. I also had to reschedule and they were very accommodating for that. I will definitely go back to them if I need any other work done. This company was recommended to me from the company who was installing the pond.

The attic fan and thermostat have really served the purpose I had hoped this summer by helping moderate the temperature on the upstairs floor of our house, thereby reducing our electric bill. The fan is fairly small and mounted on the gable vent but definitely seems to be helping keep the temperature on the upstairs floor down. I am really happy with the result.

(2) technicians came to the house on time performed properly the fan installation and cleaned up after they completed their work

It turned out well. They did arrive late, apparently they were doing like a commercial that morning, the called and tell me about that it was like around the time that they were due to arrive, but it made him like about an hour late other than that I was happy with the service and the installation went quickly and happy with the attic fan that I got. I did get an add on service while they were there, but not for the attic fan. I would use them again.

SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM OR STICK IT TO YOU COMPANY. if I WERE YOU I WOULD CAREFUL IF YOU THIS COMPANY..

The service was excellent. They were on time. The service was delivered as promised and we are seeing results from their efforts.

They did a great job. The thermostat was broken but they went to Home Depot and bought a new thermostat so I wouldn't have to wait. I would highly recommend them,

They were always 5 minutes early, professional, thorough in finding the least expensive but safe way to solve problems. Their effort and quality are fantastic.

I purchased a coupon for installing the Attic fan only. But once they finished that I could not resist having them work on my long pending wiring task too. Junior and Joe are very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and know what they are talking. The came at the decided time, finished the work on time and cleanup completely what resulted out of the work. I have even planned to do a major electrical project next month, and I will have them do that.

They exaggerated the work, and the bid was high, so I din't use them.

I wish I could say something other than what's here but I never received a call back after making two calls to their answering service. Too bad, they used to be tops in my book. No more.

I used to be a project manager for a home builder. I have used many different electrical contractors for new construction and home renovations. This project was for my personal basement finish. Arc Angel is by far the best electrical company I have found. They are professional, thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and I would highly recommend. We were happy with the fact that they finished the job in the time they said they would. The prices were very fair and reasonable and the crew was very friendly. They charged on an hourly basis and It took them maybe a couple of hours to finish.

The crew arrived right on time. Since it was August and they were doing attic work they started early to beat the heat. They got busy right away and moved very quickly through the projects. All work was completed within about 3 hours. They did a great job of cleaning up and removing debris. We were very happy with the work and would use them again.

When the men arrived right on time, Rob listened to my ''to-do list'' and he and the lead workman, Luis, and two others began work. They worked diligently, were neat and very professional. They worked in sock feet to avoid tracking dirt in the house (white carpets!) and put down drapes under their ladders in carpeted areas. They would have been done in less time, but my husband and I decided to have them install an additional fixture which we needed to go out to buy. Overall, the service and work quality was great !!

THE EMPLOYEE (ERIC) WAS ACTUALLY EARLY (IMAGINE THAT!) ALSO QUICK AND THOROUGH AND MADE SURE MY FURNACE WAS UP TO CODE (WHICH PRIOR IT HAD NOT BEEN) SO THE HOME INSPECTOR WOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. GREAT GUYS AND KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

THE CONTRACTOR TOOK A GREAT DEAL OF TIME TO TROUBLESHOOT THE FAULTY CIRCUIT AND ASSURE THERE WERE NO ADDITIONAL CIRCUIT PROBLEMS. HE WAS PROMPT, NEAT, AND HIS WORK WAS TIDY.
