This company is serious, professional, they are fair as far as prices, and they show up on time and do the work right. The electrician worked well, fast, and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and polite. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for sure.

Everything went well. No unforeseen problems surfaced and the work was completed without incident. A little pricey but they were obviously knowledgeable and worth the extra cost. Justin and Josh were very professional and personable.

I guess it boils down to not asking for an estimate when I booked on the phone. That's on me. Had I known it would end up costing around $250 to be told that we had simply overloaded a circuit with Christmas tree lights I would have shopped around more. Problem was that half of the outlets on the circuit would go out but not trip a breaker. My wife was able to take off for the service call, Felt a bit taken advantage of.

Went well, they did have to return to finish job. We lived in an older home and the circuit board was different from what they carry in stock on the truck. They were prompt in arriving both times.

I paid for them to fix my broken outside outlet. They spent an hour trying to figure out the problem and blamed my previous electrician and told me they couldn't fix it without charging a lot more and they said they would use the $179 I paid as their hour charge for the diagnostic. They told me previous electrician did things wrong and they couldn't fix without charging me a lot of money. So they left and I felt like I paid $179 for nothing.

Perfectly. No hitches. On time, on budget. No surprises and a great job done! Arc Angel has been doing projects at my house for well over 10 years now. I am very picky with my sub contractors so keeping Arc Angel on my list as the number 1 go to Electrician is a big deal. These guys are solid pros, very experienced and very neat, not messy like others, but most of all they do great work from start to finish.

Rodney and David installed a 16' high ceiling fan with a 6' pole for us for $475.00 and then a small stairway light for $50.00. We were a little taken aback by the $475.00 figuring it may only be somewhere around $250.00 for the installation. We figured since they were there already that we may as well get the job done.
Their work was superb, friendly and fast. The old ceiling fan was down in a matter of minutes and the new one up in about 45 minutes. They really did do a great job on the ceiling fan as well as the stairway light.
We will likely be calling Arc Angel to do some electrical work in the future for us.
