Selma prepared a detailed cover letter for my insurance company explaining how she arrived at the replacement costs for all items. She included photos of each item reflecting the specific damage incurred per figurine. Selma was available for follow-up phone calls to answer the insurance questions regarding completed appraisal. Very professional demeanor. $175.00 per hour with signed contract.

She charged $175 an hour. She seemed very knowledgeable about the stuff that we showed her and if she didn't know, she had good suggestions on how to go find something out.
