Unsafe and Unprofessional – Avoid Any Glass for Mirror Installations I hired Any Glass to install two large studio mirrors (9ft x 6ft) in my home, and the experience was extremely disappointing in both workmanship and professionalism. Unsafe Installation: One mirror fell off the wall after three years, shattering and endangering my family. Another professional confirmed the faulty installation—insufficient adhesive and failure to secure the mirrors to studs. When Any Glass attempted to "reinstall" the second mirror, it detached when barely touched. They followed incorrect reinstallation protocol by peeling off the paper layer of the sheetrock and applying adhesive directly to the exposed gypsum, which didn’t bond properly. The mirror remains dangerously unstable. Unreliable Communication: Their team missed appointments and provided dismissive, unhelpful responses despite clear evidence of their mistakes. Property Damage: The clean-up process caused further damage to my property, showing a lack of care throughout the project. No Accountability: Any Glass refused to take responsibility or offer a refund, despite the safety hazards and damage to my home. I strongly recommend AGAINST using Any Glass for mirror installations due to their poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior. This experience has left us feeling unsafe in our own home, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same experience.

I picked them based on price, and the fact that I knew them was good. It was good.

AMAZING. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK THEY PERFORMED. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST THEIR COMPANY TO ANYONE NEEDING TO HAVE WINDOWS REPLACED AND/OR INSTALLED.
