After about a week, the stones started cracking and several were loose. It appeared the mortar used was cheap or defective. It took Chris about 3 months to come out to my house to take a look, and when he did he agreed that the patio needed to be redone. From there, he asked that I give him a few days to get a new crew out to my house. That was the last time we spoke, and it has now been almost two years. I call and leave a VM for the owner about once a month and he continues to block my calls and ignore me with no responses.
Since the install, a few of the larger flagstones have come completely dislodged and I almost 80% of the stones have significant cracks in them. I am now in the process of finding a new contractor to fix this very costly mistake.
Would highly recommend them
I asked to have all the roots removed from the flower beds. After one week, there were already weeds everywhere. The crew did not remove enough soil or roots. My vegetable garden is a nightmare, they did not remove the rocks and did not add enough mix soil.
Chris was supposed to come and check , I'm still waiting, one month later.
