They come with very high recommendations. We use them periodically if we have an issue with palmetto bugs. We use them every year to get bonded for termites. In the South, it’s essential. Our house is made of hardiplank. It is a new cement because in the siding you can’t use wood. Termites are just a real problem in the South. You get your house bonded every year. You have the exterminator come out, check it and look at it because when it comes time to sell, you going to need to demonstrate to the would be buyer.

Courteous, prompt, friendly serviceman. Have used them for a number of years. He pointed out a few things about the house, other than any possible termite related issues.
