Everything Allen has ever done for us has been first class. This was no exception. I have called him from my Florida home to let him listen to my air conditioner there to see if I need a service call there by the local guy. I trust him implicitly!

Alan was sent by another HVAC company that could not make an appointment....and I was so impressed with his knoweldge I have used him ever since. I have a two-zone heat pump system in my house and the lower zone froze solid every time the weather changed...After thoroughly investigating the problem, he took measurements and called a friend of his at Georgia Tech who suggested there was insufficient air moving through the ductwork. Rather than recommending highly expensive duct work, he installed a special automatic vent that let-in extra air when necessary. Problem solved. A year later our upstairs unilt broke down, and i called on him to replace it with a high efficiency heat pump unit. Rather than recommend the most expensive option, Alan explained the benefits of installing a less expensive one that could do the job just as well. we have enjoyed a significant savings ever since. In January of 2013 the new system started blowing fuses. Rather than charge for a service visit, he installed an extra fuse and left two spares at no charge. I would highly recommend him without reservation to anyone.
