+ -1 moreExcellent job!! Arranged the appointment over the phone and the woman I spoke with was polite and friendly. The work was to be done at my office while I worked. The first appointment date was rained out and Jim contacted me early in the day to let me know and schedule a new appointment (next day). Jim arrived on time and was finished with the job when he said he would be (about an hour). I asked his advice on if the original rock chip would have been repairable and he told me that if it is bigger than a quarter it is not repairable, in spite of what other glass repair franchises may tell you. My car was clean, the glass was spotless when everything was finished. I referred a co-worker to him who also had a broken windshield. It saved him $50 over other estimates and my he was as pleased with the work as I was. Jim is the owner/operator of All-Star Glass Inc.
Description of Work: Replaced front windshield after a large chip grew into a crack across the width of the windshield

+ -1 moreAll-Star Glass is definitely an all star company! They were able to come out the same day that I called, and they even came to my house with no additional charge! Jim was very professional. I was able to continue with my day while he replaced my windshield, something that I'm rarely able to do when I hire someone to do work at my home. I will continue to use All-Star Glass for all of my glass needs and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
