It went great. They came to our house. It took two hours. When he was done he let us know. He didn't need to be watched. He was on time. He was very pleasant, very professional.

The work was done at my home. The workman arrived at the time we agreed on. He completed the work expeditiously and efficiently. The results were excellent, and the cost was very reasonable. We would use this company again.

Excellent job!! Arranged the appointment over the phone and the woman I spoke with was polite and friendly. The work was to be done at my office while I worked. The first appointment date was rained out and Jim contacted me early in the day to let me know and schedule a new appointment (next day). Jim arrived on time and was finished with the job when he said he would be (about an hour). I asked his advice on if the original rock chip would have been repairable and he told me that if it is bigger than a quarter it is not repairable, in spite of what other glass repair franchises may tell you. My car was clean, the glass was spotless when everything was finished. I referred a co-worker to him who also had a broken windshield. It saved him $50 over other estimates and my he was as pleased with the work as I was. Jim is the owner/operator of All-Star Glass Inc.

Wonderful. He came when promised, replaced the windshield, carted away the old one, cleaned the new windshield, replaced the glass pane, picked up the broken glass, and charged me less than he had estimated. What more can you want?

All-Star Glass is definitely an all star company! They were able to come out the same day that I called, and they even came to my house with no additional charge! Jim was very professional. I was able to continue with my day while he replaced my windshield, something that I'm rarely able to do when I hire someone to do work at my home. I will continue to use All-Star Glass for all of my glass needs and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
