Everything went well. I've been very pleased with them. They've got different people to do different things - different specialist for vinyl, hardwood, & carpet. They're prices were very slightly higher than some other estimates for the same job, however we went with them because we've worked with before & they're a local company. The owner, Jeff, came out to inspect the work after the hardwood specialist was done & gave me some tips on how to take care of it & keep it shiny. It looks really, really good. In fact, I'd love for them to replace & match some other wood for a project that's down the line.
