I hired ASP to do a site survey and a topographical map of a plat. Tony (owner) did an outstanding job on this project. The drawings were very well done and completed in day or two. I highly recommend ASP for survey work.

I am having a fence installed and needed our property line marked.  I contacted Accurate Surveying through Angie's List Messaging and immediately received a message back.  At that point Tony and I scheduled a day and time.  The communication from Tony was excellent, something I really appreciate. After he was finished marking the property line, he took the time to walk it with me to make sure that i knew where he had marked. Kudos to Tony for great customer service!

Tony showed up when promised (actually a little early) and explained what he was going to do. As I only wanted to be sure of the corners of my lot  he quoted a fair price (About average for surveyors in this area).
When he was done he walked me around the corners as well as pointing out additional surveying pins for my neighbors properties so there would be no confusion.
At the end he adjusted the price because it didn't take him very long. I found him exceptionally fair as wwell as friendly and professional.
Kudos, I would use him again.

Tony was a joy to work with! He was very prompt and professional with all correspondence and interactions.  The actual work required exceeded initial estimated work and Tony was very dedicated to ensure accurate and complete reconciliation of Surveyed boundaries and irregularities. Tony took his time to explain the important details of the plats and previous survey details. All great, They have fair price. They gave me my Angie's List discount. They did a property line survey for a fence and it was fine. He missed out appointment on Thursday and called late to let us know but he showed up on time on Friday, as promised.

Very professional, did a great job and the price was great compared to other companies. Would definitely recommend and use if needed in the future.

Tony was prompt in responding to both emails and telephone calls both when I was getting competitive bids and setting up the work. Tony was professional, accurate and informative. His prices were competitive and with the Angie's List coupon the best of the companies I quoted. Excellent service provider, I would definitely use again.

• Tony came out and marked the corners of our lot for an upcoming landscape project. He was in the area when I called and came that same day which really helped me out. We have a creek running through our backyard that Tony jumped right in and went across to find the far right corner lot marker. I told him we weren't doing anything back there and it wasn't necessary to go in the creek but he did it anyways, I think he just wanted to make sure it was done right. He walked me around and showed me where all the markers were and helped me with questions I had about a creek buffer that runs through our property. For some of the work that he could have done himself he helped me out by referring me back to the company that did the original survey and plat when we purchased the home. He said it would cost a lot less since they had the original drawings. That was very nice of him to tell me about that as I would not have ever known. I would highly recommend Tony. He was professional and easy to work with, an all around nice guy.  

This was a challenging survey job (home owner's opinion) because the lot is wooded and the terrain is steep.  Mr. Faille was professional, polite, very knowledgeable and maintained an excellent attitude during the process.  I highly recommend Accurate Surveying and Planning, Inc.
