Have hired them twice.

Contacted the business on a Monday morning. Over the phone, Doug was able to determine the type of repair required, and said he would order the part and call when received. Came out the next afternoon and had the repair complete in less than 45 minutes. My 10 year old washer runs like new!

Will always use him for anything I need in the future. Refreshing to get work done fast and at a fair price.

Service was scheduled quickly, technician Doug showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable.

I contacted Doug with Aaron's Appliance Service on Sunday, August 30th via Angie's List. He emailed me back that he would call me first thing Monday morning. Doug was very prompt and called at 7:30 am and we scheduled service for the following afternoon due to our work schedules. He arrived as promised and called me prior to arriving so I could meet him at the house. Through no fault of his - he had to make a second trip to fix the dryer because he was given incorrect LG parts. He contacted the vendor and had the parts overnighted and returned the next day to complete the job. Given the amount of labor involved I feel he charged a very fair price. He may never want to work on my LG appliances again given the hassle that he endured but I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for any of our appliance repairs. He's dependable, honest,conscientious and fair which is a great combination to retain customers. I would refer him immediately to anyone who may need his service. Thank you, Doug! My dryer is running great and quiet now without the annoying thumping sound.

Great communication at the beginning of the day and 30-minute heads up call. Done in 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

He came back at least 3 times trying to fix our ailing refrigerator, but unfortunately it died. He did a great job and was very friendly. He didn't even charge us for one of the times he came out. We also asked him to look at our washing machine while he was here and he didn't charge us for that either.

He came and did a good job. He's all about the work. He comes in and goes straight to what you want him to do. He's extremely technical. He came and did what he was supposed to do and was gone in 30 minutes.

Did their best but the refrigerator is no good.

I've been using this company since at least 2006, maybe longer.  I've also used them for repairs on my washing machine.  I've been very pleased with their service and would definitely call them again.

Repairs have included minor part replacement up to taking our front washer completely apart.

This is the second time we've used this company and have received prompt, professional service from knowledgeable technician on both occasions. Would most definitely recommend this company.

I was having trouble with my washer because somebody had actually turned the water off. There was actually no problem, and Aaron’s hadn’t charged me for it. They were extremely professional. My daughter has used them since then, and has had only good things to say about them.

We liked Aaron's so much that when the ice maker on our refrigerator went two weeks after our washing machine, we called them back and they repaired that. WE really felt we were charged good prices with them. They came highly recommended to us. I felt more than safe having them in my home while they were working for us and they do a great job.

This company did a fine job fixing what I needed fixed but there was a definite problem with scheduling. I scheduled it for a certain day, which I had to take off work for and they didn't show up until the next day because they were double booked. I would have appreciated a phone call about it.
