Mike was very flexible with appointment times and was even willing to come out with little notice and showed up right on time. He was here for 2 hours and 45 minutes and was friendly. The locks were tricky before and not all our keys worked well. Everything works smoothly now.

He was easy to reach and showed up exactly, when he said he would. Took the locks off and rekeyed them all in a short period of time. He replaced a deadbolt for me, at no charge so that all the doors would work of one key. Extremely cordial and efficient.

Mike is a true professional. He arrived on time and surveyed the work to be done. He was totally honest. I asked for some additional window locks and he told me it was overkill, save my money. He kept me informed throughout the process and truly took pride in his work. Mike has a great attitude and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Michael was a total professional. Very quick response, he was able to come the same day and perform the work. Quoted price over the phone and was correct on estimate of work/money. Very conscientious worker. I'd hire him again in a minute. He was great! He was an Angie's list ''straight A'' recommendation, and I can certainly see why.

Michael came out Saturday morning as promised the Friday evening before. He was very professional and explained what the problem was. He did his work in almost an artistic way being very careful not to cause any damage. If I needed a locksmith, I would call Michael in a minute and recommend him to anyone. A great experience.
