THE SERVICE MANAGER, MARSHALL ATHA, RESPONDED TO MY EMERGENCY SITUATION WHEN I EXPERIENCED FLUCTUATING OIL PRESSURE, WHILE ENROUTE FROM KENNESAW GA TO CHARLESTON, SC, ON A BUSINESS TRIP. I HAD HAD THE ENGINE SERVICED THE PREVIOUS DAY, BY ANOTHER COMPANY, AND THEY HAD INSTALLED IN EXCESS OF 8 QUARTS OF OIL. WALKER HARRIS TOOK THE TIME TO VERIFY EXACTLY HOW MUCH OIL WAS IN THE ENGINE, THEN DRAINED THE OIL, REPLACED THE OIL FILTER, INSTALLED THE CORRECT QUANTITY OF THE RECOMMENDED TYPE OIL, AND ROAD TESTED MY VEHICLE TO ENSURE THERE WERE NO LINGERING PROBLEMS. THE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE STAFF OF WALKER HARRIS ARE PROFESSIONAL, AND PERFORM HIGH QUALITY WORK.
