This contractor is a con artist. His name is Demetrius Weaver. He uses his relative's address at 8111 Hazelbrand Road NE Covington Georgia 30014. I contacted him through the Thumbtack app at 404-406-7686. He scammed me out of $8,750. Luckily, I was able to find a lawyer who was willing to help me bring him up on criminal and civil charges. Sorry I can't go into details because this is ongoing as of August 15th 2019. Beware

He did an excellent job with the garage. He did a third of the concrete slab and walk way, but the driveway out to the street has not be completed.  I have not been able to use the garage because he has not finished the driveway. He is very unprofessional and does not return calls or stay in contact.  He has not been honest with me.  He has told me numerous times that he has ordered the concrete and he will start the next day or the next week and it has never happened.  I would not recommend him to do any work for anyone.
