Our long distance phone service under Telrite is great. The sound quality is great and we never have any problems with the service. The price is excellent - 9 cents a minute for in-state long distance and 5 cents a minute for out-of-state long distance.

We haven't had any problems with the call quality. There were some service issues that needed to be addressed due to the switchover from our old company. Our local carrier had charged a fee to switch us to Telrite. Telrite has said that they will credit us against our first bill. Also, when Long Distance Services sold our account to Telrite, the credit balance that we had with LDS was not carried over. So, I had to make about 4 calls to Telrite (and was on hold a long time on each call) to get this resolved. After about 2 months, I finally received a refund check for the credit balance.
