Kevin did a great job installing 21 pallets of zoysia sod. They did a great job cutting in the areas. The job required removing four trees, leveling my backyard for sod and installation of a walkway. The grass is doing well with minor areas still trying to turn green. I recommend Kevin and Southern Greenscapes.

Did not totally follow his obligation to grade and install sod. Sod died do to poor grading. Would not return phone calls and take responsibility. Did not honor his word. Would not return phone calls. He finally came out but would not to commit to taking care of issue - no further contact.

"That's not true. I did everything we discussed. He didn't water the sod like he was suppose to. I did call him back and went by his project to address his concerns."

Like so many projects where you hire someone and as you are watching you are thinking Oh my GOD look at the mess I am going to have to clean up. But with Southern Greenscapes I was so impressed. After the Bobcat work was finished they fixed the yard, Reseeded and put hay straw out and the Grass is already coming back up and my yard is going to look better now then before they started work. I am totally happy with them and would recommend them to all my friends and family. I am already thinking about my next project and YES Southern Greenscapes will be a part of that project.
