Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I found numerous issues with this 90% efficient gas furnace installation by just reading the manufacturer's installation manual that came with the furnace. I would rank several of them in the severe or major categories. Also, I have just received a property lien issued by the distributor that supplied the furnace to this company for installation for over $3200.00. I paid this contractor in full in November. The distributor informed me that they have made numerous attempts to get this billed paid by the contractor and have been unsuccessful. --update-- In early February 2011 my attorney was informed by a Schell attorney that they have/will file for bankruptcy. As of 2011/02/17 Schell is still answering their phone.

Schell Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job. They are very honest about price and they gave me an overall expectation of a new system. They even sent a thank you a week later for being a customer.
