They are very thorough, clean, and trustworthy. The work was extremely fast and efficient with reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend them.

He came out and checked them out, and they were basically too old to fix, since there were no longer parts available. I appreciated his honesty, and he did not charge me anything! It was a nice experience. I have since recommended him to others, who also had very positive experiences.

nohel's sent someone up to our home the very next day, a saturday, which is great for grizzly flats! it's usually difficult to get service up here that quickly. other places i called gave us availability 5-6 days out, or didn't call back at all. when he got here, he appologized for not being able to make it here the day before!

My propane gas dryer was not heating. The first appliance repair service I contacted came two 'techs ' in an unmarked vehicle, with no proper ID or company documentation with them. All they did was check the outside air flow lent vent and said the air flow was fine. They didn't check anything else. They just quickly claimed I had a burned out heat sensor, but they had no parts with them, but charged me $100 just for the service call. This was all much too suspecious to me!
They said they'd order the part and come back in a few days to repair my dryer. Their estimate for the part and repair was over $200. I was right. They turned out to be crooked, scamming frauds. Once they left I canceled my credit card charges and reported them to the authorities.
I remembered seeing the Nohel Appliance Pro truck around our local area, so I called and made an appt. Mike was prompt, courteous, and professional, with vehicle signage and proper ID. When I explained what had happened, he immediately went outside and checked my lent vent air flow, having me place my hand in front of the vent, proving the crooks had lied. There was hardly any air coming out. Mike said that the problem is coming from the air flow hose, probably clogged with lent, which can be a very dangerous fire hazard.
There was nothing wrong with my dryer. I took some extra business cards and told my neighbors if they ever needed an appliance repair service, to please use Nohel Appliance Pro. I won't ever call anyone else. I have used Mike's service two more times since and rate Mike, Nohel Appliance Pro an A+ every time!

They were fast and did an excellent job. Furthermore, they carried a vast array of supplies with them which made the repair go much more quickly, and the technician seemed very knowledgeable.

Fixed it right away and told us to call him back if we experienced any more problems and he would take care of it and not charge a service call but just fix the broken part.
