We used this lawn service for 4 years ending Dec 2009. Our lawn looks just the same as it did before we contracted this service. Lawn Doctor repeatedly told us they would aerorate our lawn for free because we were disappointed in their service. They did that. For 3 years. The lawn still did not look good. The owners' wife is the receptionist and was very argumentative on the phone; kept saying the problems were due to drought, then too much rain, etc. In fact, she was rude. The "specialist" never spent more than 15 minutes on our lawn, inlcuding getting his equipment on and off the truck. NEVER EVER did the service call to notify me that they were coming to perform the lawn service or ask if I had noticed any problems. Two years of the four, we were notifited by our homeowners association that there were too many weeds in our yard. This company will not help your lawn grow or look better.

They never tell me when they are here, which scares me when I see people in my back yard. I will then run to the front and then see the lawn doctor truck. My yard is now in worse shape then it was before I started using them three years ago.
