+ 1 moreI like the person's review before mine. I too, totally trust both of these men in my home and appreciated how they conducted theirselves. (The price I submitted is an estimate for over the years.)
Description of Work: It was nice to see this gentleman already on angie's list. I have used him since 1987 when he built my first home from the ground up. Since then he has done numerous jobs for myself and my husband. Mr. Mitchell and his son, David even built a "MAN HUT" for my husband a few years ago. No little job, it is more like an apartment off from the house. I can usually call him at the last minute for small jobs around the home that need to be done. We even called him one night when it was snowing and he and his son came out to fix a well that needed work for a young mother and her child. He did not over charge, due to weather and evening work.

+ 0 moreHe is doing a tremendous job of remodeling. He is extremely reliable. He has very high standards of integrity. His pricing is extremely reasonable. If he charges me for 10 nails he probably will put in 12 nails. He is trust worthy. I don’t have to worry about him. When I leave my house I give the keys to him and I don’t have to worry about anything. He is completely reliable and honest. I would use him again in the future without reservation.
Description of Work: I used J L Mitchell Construction for remodeling. He put in a new roof. He also put in a 12 x 16 bath and the master bedroom. He has been doing work for the past 4 months and he is currently finishing.
