Job went smoothly. I was kept informed of delivery and arrival time of the unit and install crew. Luke Harris was on site with the water heater when there was a short delay in obtaining the correct size unit. He is quite a likeable and friendly man. I like the idea the company is a family owned business.

They did an amazing job we wanted to tankless heater but they could not install it due to previous installation issues. We went with a regular gas heater. I feel another company would’ve installed the tankless heater anyway and we would’ve had issues down the road and eventually have to pay more money to fix those issues, but Harris was very honest and the work was pretty quick and the quality was was great.

Needs to come out and fix issues needs to honor their warranty . The work was for a sewer pump.

Originally scheduled service with an Overpriced Corporate company that left my family 4 days without hot water. After multiple rescheduled appointments I contacted Harris Plumbing and they were out the same day, on time, and installed a water heater at a fair price. Can t thank them enough.

Pleased with all aspects of the installation.Its so nice to deal with a company that actually has employees who know what they are doing.Sounds like a silly thing to say as all companies should be that way..but they are not! Getting someone to do a repair or installation in your home should'nt be a "Hollywood' production but it so often is.Have already recommended this company to two other people.
