Harry was able to schedule a next day appointment that met our schedule and arrived early. He began with an outside inspection of the home and outbuildings that was extensively thorough. The house has drainage problems with a wet crawlspace. We were fortunate enough to have a heavy rain during the inspection and Harry eagerly went under the crawlspace to check for water penetration. He spent nearly an hour and produced a wealth of valuable information on the nature of the water penetration, insulation, floor joists, and other items. Moving to the inside of the house, Harry pulled out his fine toothed comb and went through every detail of the home's interior with scrutiny. Throughout the whole process (which took about 5 hours) Harry was courteous, professional, willing to answer a myriad of questions in detail, and make recommendations for repairs. The report with pictures was delivered before 8 A.M the next day and reflects the detail of many years of experience in the field.
