handyman service
+ -1 morelMike was pleasant and made a lot of promises. He brought painters and other men in to help him. Mike asked for money daily and it go to be more and more, yet less and less work was completed. Only about 1/2 of all the work that was on the punch list was actually completed.
Description of Work: Painting--painted walls without cutting in using up all paint, new paint did not match exactly and all walls had to be repainted again--it took 3 coats of Sherwin Williams, painting took almost 9 days and we still had to finish everything on our own. Hot water heater--did not get permit as promised, took 3 days to finally turn on Tile: Started on back wall of room and by the time they got to the front entrance, the grout lines were crooked and wide. Started projects and did not finish. Wanted more money everyday. If you ever use Mike, make a punch list and only pay him for the COMPLETED project on that day. Powerwash was done well.
