Work began as scheduled, all debris was removed, finished product was beautiful.

This is the best company so far I have encountered with regard to repairing of my house. Their door to door advertisement is clear to understand. and the replacement was completed on time. my family never felt inconvenienced at all.Everything went perfect. It will be my first company to recommend and to have another construction done on my house

Arrived on the day of the install and did the shingle removal, installed new shingles and cleaned the work area up and hauled off the debris. I did not have any debris left in the yard. My yard was clean afterwards.

I have tried to get them back out for a small ridge vent job and they said they would come and do it, and gave me a price we agreed on, but have not and now my ceiling in the other part of my home will have to be repaired because of the delay of them coming back for the small job and the rain we have had.

They did the job in one day! They worked with my insurance. Everything they said would happen did happen, No surprises! Came across their name on the BBB but also knew they were apart of Angie's List. Excellent work! Very reliable.  Worked with my schedule and easy to get in touch with. Would recommend them to family members and friends!

Good salesman but didn't deliver on original time frame or quality of work.  Began work in November but did not finish with last job until April. Soffit is buckled in a few places.  Flooring contractor delivered pre-finished oak instead of unfinished oak as we had requested. Oak flooring had many knots in it.  Don't think they let the wood sit long enough in our house before laying it because it is beginning to warp a little.  Had major issues with grouting of tile work.  Upstairs ceramic tile floor not grouted well and had to ask twice for contractor to grout missed spots.  Today there are still some places where the grout is missing.  The worst headache we have is the shower tile.  They had to regrout about 4 times due to cracking and using different colors of grout. We had to call them back again today because the grout is chipping, cracking and coming out in the corners, the base and around the drain.  They say their work is guaranteed for 5 years so we will see.  We are concerned about moisture and mold due to cracks and missing grout if this is not fixed soon.  With all this said most of the people we dealt with from Braswell were very nice and professional. I was mistakenly copied on a text message one supervisor sent the owner where he was cursing about a message I had sent him regarding something that needed to be fixed.  They did throw in some extra work at no additional charge that was nice.  We have heard back from the owner and a supervisor and are being told they will have all our issues corrected so that we will be satisfied.

I am so grateful for Braswell Construction.  All of their people were thorough, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.  It is a scary situation that one finds themselves when they are in need of a new roof.  It is far worse to try and fix that problem by hiring a company that is untrustworthy, unlicensed, or uninsured.  Braswell fit the mold for EVERYTHING I needed to maintain the beauty of my home.  Thank you so much!!!!!

The price was fair and they really did a good job. I highly recommend them. They were good and very professional. I do not think we disliked anything. It went very well. The value is fine. We are happy. They even had a person come and walk all around the house to find any nails that they had dropped. The last time I had a house reroofed, we had flat tires all the time because we had nails. We had three estimates and we chose them.

Braswell did it again ! We had an excellent experience just a few months ago, as I was helping my mother select a roofer in Riverdale. We bought a new house in Lilburn and Braswell was there quick, had a detailed satellite diagram of my roof,and I was on their install schedule for later that week. We unfortunately had to pay out of pocket because it was a new insurance policy. I know that 99% of roofs you see today are paid for by homeowners insurance. They were very fair and took into consideration that I had no assistance. I will definitely use them again if ever need be!

Braswell Construction Group replaced my damages roof in a professional and timely manner. Mr. Jody Gentle handled everything in a caring and professional manner.

The primary difficulty involved the completion of the work on a consistent basis and administrative follow through from their billing office.  It was necessary to call repeatedly to get a response, due to the deep freezing weather that we had that caused a number of similar problems in the area.  The repair work was not completed until April, four months after the damage occurred.  When the threshold of the doors were replaced, the trim around the door suffered damage, that was never repaired.  The payment check for the cabinet maker was mailed to our home and after we returned it to their office, they mailed an invoice for the cabinet company to us again, giving us the impression that the office staff was not organized.

My roof looks wonderful.  They covered up all of my bushes so they are not damaged. They took all the furniture off the patio so it wouldn't get damaged, cleaned the patio,  and put it all back neatly.   All of this was done in one day!!!!

Jody was very professional from the first phone call. I had never had to have a roof put on a house due to storm damage,
and Jody walked me through every step. He made several trips to the house tomake sure I was receiving the best service possible. He communicated almost every day to keep me updated on the progress and where I stood in the process. Even when I had an issue with my insurance company he was patient while I resolved the problem. It was the best experience! I am looking forward to being able to call them again.

Jody Gentle is the senior disaster / mitigation technician for Braswell Construction Group.  He turned an unfortunate situation into a rewarding?.Jody helped with getting my roof approved by my insurance? Braswell finished the job in one day and the dumpster was gone !?I never had to spend a million hours on hold on the phone with my insurance, he handled it all !!?.. The crew was prompt and used safety equipment !  I would recommend them to anyone.. 
Later that month I saw Braswell Construction Group doing an enormous roof at an apartment complex..

Painless and smooth transaction

Braswell's provided the lowest bid from among 4 roofing contractors to win the job.  Window replacement, porch leveling, gutter guards were added to the contract.  Their representative and the owner of the company were both very helpful and offered good advice regarding material selection.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The quality of the materials was excellent.  The staff professional and very friendly.  They requested no payment until everything was completed and they were sure I was satisfied with the work.  I will use them again if I need a general contractor.  I recommend them to highly.

I was in need of a new roof and was not comfortable with the 2 or 3 estimates received from neighborhood roofers who had came to the door.  On a recommendation, I contacted Braswell Construction to request an in home estimate. Russell Harpst from Braswell Construction scheduled an appointment and we met a few days later. He was on time, pleasant,and presented himself professionally.  He was very knowledgeable about the roofing product, installation process, and the
installation team. Recognizing we new nothing about roofs, he took the time to explain everything and responded thoroughly to our questions. He was very credible and we never felt as if we were just another job. His commitment to our satisfaction was apparent. The roof was installed as scheduled with no surprises.  The installation team was neat and clean. There were no nails or any other mess to clean up.  The only thing we were left with was a beautiful new roof!!   Russell Harpst followed up to ensure our satisfaction. I plan on using this company for all of my housing and construction needs and would definitely recommend them to others!

It was fine.  The workers were good and the roof held up.  There was no additional and I did not pay anything more than the Big Deal offer.  I would consider them in the future.

my first contact was with jody he was the best explained the prosess and walk me through start to finish the roofers arived on time and did a very good job by the time i got home from work the job was done and they left no mess it was the best expreance i have ever had with a constrction company

Russell stood by me through a couple of visits from my insurance adjusters who were assessing storm damage to the roof of my house. His estimate for the needed repairs was timely and clearly the low bid. Installation hit a rain delay the first scheduled day but the crew came early the next day and had the job done by 6 pm. Installation and cleanup was highly professional. Russell's followup inspection was very helpful as he explained how the chimney flashing was replaced and sealed in place.  He also explained how valleys were sealed against leakage, another concern I had.

I was not pleased with my overall experience with the salesperson I dealt with. The job was done quickly, but not as asked. Friendly conversations with sales only lead to lack of follow through over and over again. Weeks of finishing billing processing delay. Some ethical practices were very questionable. End of job clean up/detail reconciliation never done. A mess was left for me to take care of with the expectation that I hire someone they recommend to do it. Inexcusable.
I spoke with the owner long after the job was finished and he did offer to send someone out to finish up and take care of issues. He seemed very reasonable and kind, as the salesperson I dealt with seemed at first. At least he did offer, I did not accept. I prefer taking care of it myself at this point due to lack of trust. Hopefully my experience with Braswell Construction Group is a fluke and the majority of their dealings are as stellar as other reviews that I have read.

They were done in a day.  They brought the dumptster the day before and put on the side of the house.  When I left that day, they had started at 7 am and when I came home that evening; they were finishing up. They cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks remarkable.

We were able to fit upgraded shingles in our budget, and he worked directly with the insurance adjuster on our claim. Originally, the insurance company stated that the fence only needed to be repaired, but Jody assisted us in getting part of the fence completely replaced! We even got a great deal on them replacing the rest of the fence!
All three jobs were completed fast, and look wonderful!
It was so nice to have a one-stop shop for all of my needs. I did not want to juggle roofers, painters, and a fence person.
 
I already have some more projects in mind for them to take on!
