I would say this company provided a great service. They did everything according to all regulations and standards. They also cleaned everything before they left, which I thought was great. I would hire them again in a future.

Since it was at night when the incident occurred, I was trying to get in touch with an emergency tree service, and as Best Way Tree Service did not initially answer, I did not leave a message. Not long after I hung up, Gene Garrett, the owner, called me back (from his caller ID). We had a long conversation about my situation and decided that it would be safe to wait until it was light to proceed with the work. Mr. Garrett stated that he would be at our house at 6:30AM. Mr. Garrett arrived early, we assessed the situation, and discussed all of my concerns with protecting our landscaping and the screened in back porch over which the large limbs hung. Once the crew arrived they immediately began to stabilize the large broken limbs so they would not fall through the roof. They worked efficiently, did exactly what we discussed, and left our yard in very good shape.
