Professional, organized, safety-oriented, efficient, punctual and courteous - a wonderful crew. They removed the specified trees

and ground them up for mulch. They gave also us some of the mulch as requested.

We would definitely use them for other tree and shrub projects in the future. We will also recommend them

They did an excellent job. What stood out was his quick response and the safety training his crew goes through. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all the debris away.

I contacted Arbor Equity about a year ago for an estimate and to discuss the scope of work. We weren't ready to proceed at that time. When we did get to the point of moving forward with the project, I contacted them again. There were a few back and forth missed calls, but we finally set the day for the work to be done. The crew came out in the morning (in fact, they were about 15 minutes early), introduced themselves, confirmed the scope of work and set about their duties. They were professional and responsible in how they conducted the work. I appreciated the fact that they took frequent breaks so as not to become careless in their work. It was a marvel to watch them. They clearly knew how to perform their work safely, were very knowledgeable and committed to tree health. They would not over-prune the oak so that its health could be maintained. The crew cleaned up well behind themselves. The company honored the original estimate. I was very pleased with the entire process and will use them in the future.
