J. Larry Gunter responded to a Realtor.com request to view a house- seen by many agents. I am a buyer and also in the market for an agent. He sent an email as did a few other agents asking me to hire them. larry Gunter was extremely unethical, unprofessional , under handed when he added- That house is under contract. Thanks J Larry Gunter #372333 The house was NOT under contract. Another agent I had already spoken to had contacted the selling agent and confirmed the house was not under contract. The agent I hired wrote my offer,offer accepted, home purchased by me. Larry Gunter is unethical, unprofessional. Blatantly lying. Obviously lying. Under handed, low life trying to poach. Thoughtlessly losing a home purchase for the buyer, losing a sale for the seller and stealing the listing and selling agents commissions. All so he could get my business. My agent called him out as did I. He responded and dug his hole deeper. More lies. Played dumb. Insulting. Do Not give this man your money. He has been caught red handed. Has no morals or scruples. Do not give him an income. He is a disgrace to professional realtors.
