A uniformly TERRIBLE experience. They cancelled several times (they take on way too many service calls from home warranty companies like American Home Shield) and left us with wasted days taken off from work. Rude and actually intimidating attitude, incredibly poor customer service. VERY EXPENSIVE costs over and above the deductible.

Deplorable service- DO NOT USE! Disposition, professionalism, knowledge, and execution all SUBPAR. Tech was on the job 2 days, changed wires, changed out thermostat to no avail. Informed us that we would need all new wiring that would require cutting into our sheet rock on multiple floors or purchase of a wireless thermostat. Called another company for 2nd opinion, problem fixed within 5 minutes! The Airmax tech never hooked up the wires to get it running properly. Airmax returned our original thermostat dirty and broken and the tech actually admitted getting it out of the trash to return! DO NOT USE!
