Lowe's - Cornelia

I realize it has to do with the installers who seemed wonderful and we were very happy with them. However, four years later, the carpets are stretching. This was the first time in our lives that we ever had carpet installed in our home. I thought it would last 30 years and not start to look terrible after just four years. They came when they were suppose to come. They did what they were suppose to do. They were pleasant to work around. I was really thrilled with their punctuality. Again, I was really happy with the workers and it looked beautiful when they left. They actually didn't have the right carpet to begin with. They did come back and took money off of the price. One of the problems I had was choosing the right color of the carpets. I had ordered thundercloud gray carpet and it was one thing to see it 10' up in the air as a square piece of carpet under florescent lighting, then when they put it down it looked blue, not gray. I was not happy because it was not the color I thought it was suppose to be. I would've paid them for a 3x2 swatch of carpet to throw down to actually look at it before I bought it. I am going to have to call them to come back and stretch the carpet.

I have been taking my cars to Wiley Tire for several years. The owner, Linda, is always helpful and she finds a way to work you in when you have a problem. I have never had a problem with their work and they can usually get repairs done the same day. I am happy with their service and I plan to continue using them.

I wanted Lowe's because I knew that they would make it right the first time. I knew that my attic had inadequate ventilation so I specified that the Lowe's roofer make a ridge that would give me more ventilation and they included that work in my original quotation of $7500. They said they could not get immediate delivery of the 20 yr. shingles I asked for so,to avoid delay I recd 25 yr. shingles at no extra cost. It was a beautiful job and they cleaned up fairly well. I picked up a few roofing nails from my drive way so as not to get a flat tire.

My wife and I are buying a new house, so we went to Lowes for paint details and color schemes for each room. The attendants were very helpful, and showed numerous paint and color possibilities. Great Job!
