+ -1 moreNo resolution, he does not care as long as he gets his rent. I am sure he would not want those people living across the street from him. He feels he owns so much of the real estate in Cornelia and the surrounding area that he is 'untouchable'.
Description of Work: I own a home next to the apartments that Don Higgins rents. He takes no pride in his places, he allows the area to look like trash. All he cares about is making his money at the expense of others. He has caused the value of my home decrease because of the undesirables he rents to. He rents to drunks, welfare recipients and dysfunctional couples who fight on their lawn all hours of the night . I have attempted many times to address issues with him to no avail.
