I never received the paid for speed and after years of complaining. They said there was no need to pay for 6mgps speed if you're only getting around 3mgbs. A supervisor said he would downgrade the service to 3mgbs but it was downloaded to 1.5mgbs with the explanation that 3mgbs was not available and that the box was at capacity. I have contacted the office of the president for ATT and they are currently working on the problem. They are professional out of the California escalation of services department and have been trying to get the Georgia ATT people to look into the problem. I can barely run Netflix with this speed which is barely 1mgbs download speed. I've had phone service with ATT since 1997 and it works fine, but their DSL side of the company can not provide the speed I paid for. I've looked on the internet for problems of this kind and discovered many complaints over the very same issue. I still have service with ATT and hope they can resolve this issue. Let the buyer beware. Thank you.
