Description of Work: I have been dealing with Tim Walker from Walker Short Construction. He gave us a quote. We have a three park garage and there is a bonus room over the garage. And to make a new entry way to get up to that area we would have to put stairs on the landing of the stairway in the house. It would mean to cut out part of the walls and make one of the bedrooms slightly smaller, and opening up the roofline and expanding the roofline from the garage over to the side of the house that we are adding on to.
