Description of Work: I ask to have a cable installed the drive wheel adjusted and a new starter switch installed. With asking they added a new blade two new inner tubes. These items were not needed. They had a non carrying attitude and were not friendly.

lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreI had lifted this in and out of my trunk (at 56 yrs of age) and was tired of dealing with them. I took it elsewhere and they identified the problem being an issue with the choker. I haven't had trouble with it since. They had indicated that they get all kinds of business from Snappy Pro Lawn for similar reasons I mentioned.
Description of Work: I purchased a mower from another location and had difficulty with it. I took it to this location and they said there was a problem with the carburetor. I took it home, tried it and when it got hot it would not start again. By the time I loaded it back in my trunk and took it back it had cooled enough that they didn't have trouble starting it. They told me it was because I didn't know what I was doing. They wouldn't let it heat up and then retry. They just made me feel bad. The third time I took it back to them with no positive results I said forget it.
