I had lifted this in and out of my trunk (at 56 yrs of age) and was tired of dealing with them. I took it elsewhere and they identified the problem being an issue with the choker. I haven't had trouble with it since. They had indicated that they get all kinds of business from Snappy Pro Lawn for similar reasons I mentioned.
