Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. This was the first time that we worked with a landscaping company to have a project designed and installed, we had all sort of ideas and changed our minds a few times. Shawn was extremely patient with us and helped us through the process. His team was punctual and did a tremendous job. I couldn’t believe what they were able to accomplish in a short amount of time. They were able to fix a drainage issue (which was causing my back yard to flood), plant flowers in a few existing beds and lay an entirely new bed (photo included) all in the same day. We were extremely pleased with the outcome.

The good: They came out as scheduled and did the work as contracted. I asked if they could do a more intense clean up, and they agreed. The Bad: We set an appointment to walk around the yard to discuss the clean up job, and the owner never showed and never called to cancel, so I wasted an afternoon waiting. When I emailed about him missing the appointment, he was not apologetic. He gave me a new appointment time, but I told him that it didn't fit my schedule. He did not respond to my email pointing out that it didn't fit my schedule. After a week of silence, I emailed again and pointed all of this out and said that I didn't appreciate being stood up for appointments and having my emails ignored, and he broke off service.

They were very nice to begin with on initial estimate. But when they came to do the work, they did not cut entire yard to property line. When I ask why they said they didn't know where the property line was. I ask if they would come back and finish the work and he said no. Then the owner text me and said it would be better if we found another service and he would no longer be coming. Very unprofessional. Contract said they were "easily accessible & responsive to your request". I do not call canceling a contract because you did not want to do what was asked--responsive. I do NOT recommend this company.
