The first time was fine, the second not so much. I had an early morning appointment. I got there. I had a 9:00 appointment, I got out at 12:30. They were taking people in front of me. I feel like if I'm there you don't stop working on my car to go work on somebody else. It's much better when they come to your home than when you go to their workplace. Now the stuff is coming off of my window because they rushed it.

My insurance company actually recommended them. I brought it in one morning and went back 4 hours later and picked it up. They were very good.

Everything was good and I have and a lot of good service there.

Sent email from Angie's list to set up appointment they confirmed by email and when I arrived a technician was right there to look at car and start the job. They removed old damaged windshield and installed new one . Done on time and at price quoted.

Company respresentative came to our house on our schedule on evening to repair windshield damage. The "ding" was about 3 years old, the size of a nickel, but small cracks were forming outside the circle of damage, which is when we decided to call Safelight. He explained exactly what he was doing, showing the equipment to us and how it works. It was very helpful, he was very informative and friendly, professional. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone, and if we need this type of repair again, we would call Safelight.

I had to replace my windshield for my 2009 VW. Made the appointment online to take my car over to AutoLite for an early morning appointment. They were very professional and I feel like they did a great job getting the new windshield install. Turn around time was less then 1 and 1/2 hours. I will very pleased with their work.

Safelite Autoglass Decatur - Did an excellent job!. Instead of replacing what would have been a costly replacement - Ford 150 - they filled the cracked windshield and also warranted the work. "If it didn't take, they would offer the more costly solution. They less costly solution worked well! I would readily use them again and refer them to others.

Do not use Safelite! I scheduled an appointment with Safelite 7 days in advance to come to my home and replace my windshield due to a crack that extends the length of the glass. On the morning of the scheduled appointment I waited at home but no technician called or arrived. I called the number given on the website and was told there was no record of my appointment. I explained that I made the appointment through their website 7 days earlier and received a confirmation that it went through and was scheduled. She told me the website scheduling often doesn't go through and the managers are aware of the problem but haven't done anything about it. She then asked for my information to schedule my appointment and go over pricing. They apparently weren't honoring the Angie's list coupon for $20 which was excepted in the promo code box on their website and drumroll please, the next available appointment was another 7 days out. I told her no thank you, I'll find another company to do the job. If the costumer service at Safelite is this bad before they get your money I can't imagine what happens after, plus I don't want to put my families safety in the hands of a company who doesn't care how they treat their customers. If they know the website scheduling is faulty it is extremely poor service to let people waste precious time scheduling and waiting for service that will never happen. I felt at the very least they should have tried to get me scheduled in the next couple of days which apparently is out of the question.

They came to where the car was parked at my place of work and did the work there. They were punctual. They explained well the aftercare of the installation to ensure it set properly. They were quick. Communication was professional. The windshield glass has lasted very well over time with no problems.

They gave me a call prior to the appointment to confirm my services. The representatives were very pleasant and professional. I even left with a clean car entire and all clean windows!

I ended up going to the Norcross location of Safelite because it was a bit closer to my house. That was suggested by the man who answered the phone at the Decatur location. My window had been broken by a thug in the parking lot while I was visiting Oakland Cemetery in downtown Atlanta. When I phoned Safelite I not only got a sympathetic voice, but a fair price and excellent service at the Norcross location. When the work was finished and the bill was presented, it was actually less than that quoted originally. I whole-heartedly recommend this business when you need to have auto glass either replaced or repaired.

Called on Thursday, made appointment for "housecall" repair on Saturday, 12-2 p.m. window. Repairman called early in morning, asked whether he could come between 2 and 4 p.m. instead. Said OK. Waited around all afternoon, then repairman arrived right at 4 p.m. So I was a little annoyed, but repairman was totally professional, competent, pleasant, meticulous. He asked whether I wanted to keep the military stickers from the windshield. He was quite tidy. He completed the task in under an hour, charged what I had been quoted on the phone, and was done. I hope not to need a new windshield any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely use Safelite again.

Insurance cover the cost completely. However I worked for a Shuttle service that has replaced at least a dozen Windshields. I always recommended Safelite. we have had work done by other companys and sometimes they did a good job and others not so good. so if you want to feel safe that your getting a good job I would choose Safelite.

When I called, my call was answered by the sales manager. I explained the situation. Since she was on the road, she promised me that she would e-mail the company, and they would call me back within 20 minutes, which they did. The ladies were kind, supportive, and helpful. Between the three employees, an appointment was set up for today. I had to call back once because I had been mistaken about the kind of glass. It was no problem for them, and the change was made. I immediately received an e-mail confirmation of the appointment with a complete breakdown of the price. There was a photo of the technician who was apparently going to come out. However, Dan Kelly was the technician who actually did the job. He called in the morning and gave me a time when he would arrive - between 13:00 and 14:00. He arrived within that time. He told me the price, but I mentioned that I would not be charged a call out fee - This had been decided upon during the previous day's call. He called his office and double-checked. He asked me if I was okay with the new price - which I was. He got to work. It took him no time at all! He even vacuumed all the bits of glass fallen inside the truck. There is also a warranty. Dan told me to call if there were any problems, such a rain getting in although he didn't think that would happen. The receipt and warranty were handed to me with the utmost courtesy and contained every bit of information about the repair and service. What a pleasure to deal with such a company! I would recommend them without hesitation.

On-line appointment made, which made selecting a date so easy! Provider called and let us know when he would be arriving and arrived on time. He removed the old windshield and installed the new one in an hour!! He then washed all the exterior windows and vacuumed the interior of the car. We are quite pleased with the service provided!
