We had a contractor check out a couple of his concerns. The issues were not major, but we wanted to make sure since this house was pushing the upper limit of our comfortable price range and we were not interested in spending more on repairs any time soon. The contractor confirmed John's assessment almost verbatim.
We had the seller address about 9 concerns based on his inspection. After they were finished, John came back out to follow up on the fixes as part of his original fee. he was also clear about a couple things that he would have done differently, but were still acceptably handled.
We would easily recommend John Luke for anyone who needs a home inspection.
