Called on Sunday evening and the crew came on Monday morning on time by 9 am and had the unit fixed and done @ 1030. Our house started cooling down by 1130. The crew were very friendly but professional.

Marlow Mechanical did a fantastic job. They were responsive and at my home to look at my furnace within an hour of my call to them. They explained to me the problems with my old furnace which was at the end of its life and had not been maintained or repaired by the prior homeowner, and showed me the damaged parts. They gave me estimates for the cost of repairing the furnace and for buying a new one. There was no pressure. I opted to buy the new one. They installed a quality, high efficiency furnace at a fair price in a timely manner. They cleaned up all debris from the install and left my basement just as they found it. They showed me around the new furnace, where the warranty info was found, where to change the filter, etc. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful, and did an all-around excellent job. I will definitely use them again for future needs, and I highly recommend them.

The install was in May of 2012 and the cost of the install was $10,000. They installed a hybrid system. There is a super high efficiency heat pump on top of a new gas furnace. We saw them yesterday. The cost of the maintenance for all three systems is $150 per year for the first system and then, $50 for each additional system. So, it is $250 a year for us. They have an excellent customer service and you deal directly with the owner of the company, although, he has several employees. His employees are very competent, friendly, and efficient. They actually were the low bidder. They are very professional.
