I have made $1000 deposit. My experience with them has been helpful. We haven’t got ultimately to closing on a house yet. So far it has been pretty positive. She is hooking me up with somebody who is pretty easy to work with on the financing. The things that she has shown me has been in line with what I wanted and in the area that I wanted. She seems to pay attention to what I say I am interested in. I am comparing her with my first realtor experience and she is doing pretty well so far.
